AFI Shortlisted For Institute of Customer Service Award

AFI has been shortlisted in a prestigious award scheme run by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) to recognise organisations that have implemented successful customer service strategies. AFI Shortlisted For Institute of Customer Service Award

AFI has reached the finals of the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2018 in the Best Application of Technology category. The winners are due to be announced on 6 March after being judged by a panel of industry experts, business leaders and academics.

AFI’s entry is based on its launch of a range of videos to help MEWP operators familiarise themselves with the machines they are using.

AFI Customer Service Director Carlo Vinci said: “We are delighted to be shortlisted for this award amongst names such as EDF Energy, Vodafone and TransPennine Express. Being shortlisted is testimony to the great strides AFI has made in putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.”
